Phoenix and Scottsdale fashion, style, trends and beauty blog Online Sample Sales

Aaaah the ubiquitous sample sale. It’s that ever-so-elusive term that brings immediate cheer to fashionista’s ears as soon as the term is muttered. Yet, unless you’re in fashion hotspots like New York and Los Angeles, going to actual live sample sales can be far and few between.

Lucky for us that may be geographically unavailable, or just don’t feel like fighting the crowds in person, the Web sites popping up offering deeply discounted duds are becoming not so far and few between. One of my favorite online sample sale sites as of late is; the online sample sale portal offers club members up to 75% off retail price on men’s and women’s clothing and accessories by labels like Ya Ya Aflao, Christian Lacroix, John Varvatos, Ella Moss, Alice & Olivia and Frankie B., to name a few.  The list could go on and on.

What’s more, to simplify it all for its members, the Web site sends out daily email reminders with sale alerts of what line will be available and when. This week alone HauteLook is having a robert rodriguez and Intermix sale which starts today at 8 a.m., Pacific Standard time.

Still looking for the catch? Stop, there really isn’t one. Membership is free and on top of that, each time you refer a friend you will get a $20 credit to Before each sale goes live you can check out a bio of the designer, video content and images of items that may be included. It’s a great way to get a sneak peek of what might be coming, especially if it’s a line you aren’t familiar with.  Some of the videos that may be shown include bios on the designer, interviews on their inspiration, previous fashion shows done, and/or a preview of their upcoming collection.

And with the economy in its current state, it seems there’s no better time than now to contribute, get the goods you want and still save a few. After all, you deserve it.

Everything on sale at has guaranteed authenticity and is available for a sale period of 12-48 hours. And unlike other sample sale sites that are invitation-only, with you simply enter your name, email and zip code and sales are available to you within minutes. Shipping time runs from 10-14 days from time of purchase so if you’re looking for something for a specific event, plan accordingly.

Go ahead, check it out for yourself at

Found this site also, and have ordered from it in the past. I still must try on stuff and be in person rather than shop online. Love to look online at the new styles and get ideas but when it comes down to it i must have those bags in my hands. Love this BLOG. we need to know more places to shop in Arizona.

I wonder if you can return something if it doesn’t fit?

  • azrunner says:

Yeah, me too – that’s my hesitation with buying online until I’m used to a particular brand and how it fits.

That’s a pretty sweater. I have almost the same thing in light grey. I love it except that it has angora in it and leaves fuzzies all over darker clothes.

Cute sweater! I like it. BTW, what happened to that poor mannequin’s other leg?

  • Taylor says:

I love this new website Marlene, thank you so much for sharing it with us 🙂

  • Geeves says:

Haha, Marla. Yeah, what happened to the mannequin’s other leg? Since it’s a one-legged mannequin, it is wearing a one-legged pants. Interesting. I may have to check what other unique items this site has to offer.
