Recipes: Halloween Cocktails


Halloween is right around the corner. Planning an adults-only holiday party? Whip up these festive cocktail recipes for the spooks to sip.

1 part Hornitos™ Plata Tequila
¼ part maple syrup
½ part white creme de menthe
Layer ingredients in a tall glass, top with finely crushed ice, and drink from the bottom through a straw.
Pumpkin Spice Tequila Margarita
Serves 2
1/4 cup Sauza® Blue Silver Tequila
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups freshly brewed hot coffee
Whipped Cream
In a saucepan, combine cream with pumpkin syrup, sugar, vanilla and spice. Brew your coffee and divide it between two mugs. To each mug add half of the Sauza Blue Tequila and the cream mixture and stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

1 oz. Molinari Sambuca Extra
1/2 oz. coconut syrup
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
Blue curacao according to taste
Gently pour into the shot glass the ingredients, following the order above, in order to obtain three different and well defined layers.
Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake Dessert Shots

1/4 Cup Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
1 can (14 oz) Pumpkin, chilled
3 oz. Reduced-fat cream cheese
6 oz. Low fat vanilla yogurt
1 Cup low fat milk
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon nutmeg
6 Teaspoons graham cracker crumbs, optional
Place all ingredients (except graham cracker crumbs) in a blender and blend until silky. Pour into shot glasses and top each serving with a teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs.
The Three Witches Sangria
1 bottle of Mionetto ‘IL’ Lambrusco
1 Fresh Peach, sliced to medium thickness
1 Fresh Plum, sliced to medium thickness
Several Strawberries sliced
1 lemon, cut into wedges (1/2 for Sangria base; ½ for Garnish)
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of brandy
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or bowl with ice. Pour into glasses, garnish with fruit: ½ lemon wedge, mint. Add small pieces of dry ice to create a foggy effect. Use red food coloring paste to decorate the bowl.
Milky Way Martini
2 oz Van Gogh Rich Dark Chocolate Vodka
½ oz Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass.
