¾ Cup White Sugar
¾ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 TSP Vanilla or Vanilla Extract
2 1/3 Cup Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Salt
1 ½ Milk Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl cream the butter, and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until integrated. In a medium Bowl combine the other dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt). Gradually add the dry ingredients in to the mixed batter (do not over mix). Stir in the chocolate chips. With a spoon or cookie scoop place cookies approximately two inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-12 Minutes, check for the edges to start browning and the tops. Cooking time depends on big, and how soft or crispy you like your cookies, so baking time will vary. Cookies should be placed on a cooling rack after coming out of the oven after a minute or so.
