A typical day in my life includes…
I’m an earlier riser, typically up at 5:00AM. Coffee comes first! If I’m in PHX I work on east coast email and issues while I’m more aligned with their morning. Breakfast with my son follows. I drop him off at school, then I head directly to the PHX studio if I have clients scheduled early, if not I’ll hit the Body Lab for an SPX work out before heading to the studio. If I’m in New York, I’ll do an SPX work out at SLT and then head to a breakfast meeting or directly to my New York facility.

My favorite thing about Arizona…
I visited the Valley for the first time in 1988 and fell in love at first site. The mountains and desert still stop me in my tracks. I love our weather. I’ll take too hot over too cold any day. Overall, the quality of life here beats most other places I’ve been.
I’m listening to…
so many things! My musical tastes are really all over the map. I have my progressive/hard rock roots like Yes and Led Zeppelin that will never go away but I’m also always listening to new things especially if it relates to artists we’re looking to represent at our music division.
My family…
needless to say my son and his mom are the center of my universe. There’s very few significant decisions that take place in my life that aren’t measured from the point of view of how they’ll affect them. Running a business in two states makes it hard to put family first but we still manage to get it done.

exercise. The gym (or whatever studio I may be at) is the only place that’s all about me without interruptions or distractions.
My life…
is busy, especially with a three and a half YO but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m not a “slow it down” kind of guy.

growing my company into a full service production and post-production company.

I gave up on pet peeves. They just feed OCDs and that’s counterproductive in life.
