Pop, Pour, Repeat: Jamie’s Bottle Shop Launches Wine Club

Sip, swirl and socialize this summer at Jamie’s Bottle Shop, an Old Town Scottsdale wine bar that’s launched a lineup of tastings and – even better – a wine club.

Founded by Jamie Hormel, owner of the iconic Wrigley Mansion, Jamie’s aims to inspire and educate wine lovers of all levels through a curated selection of accessible and aspirational bottles.

“Wine can be intimidating,” Hormel said. “The labels, the language, and even the etiquette can feel like a world you need a passport to enter. We created Jamie’s to break down those barriers and invite people in.”

With four different options, the club caters all – regardless of investment level. For true aficionados, the (currently sold-out!) Collectors Club provides exceptional wines from Jamie’s Bottle Shop’s private reserve.

The Annual Membership allows members to choose their own adventure for $95/year; the Discovery Club introduces a white and a red for $55/month, and Jamie’s Wine Club gives members a white, red and sommelier pick each month for $140/month.

“This shop is a space for curiosity, not judgment. It’s a place where questions are celebrated, exploration is encouraged, and every bottle has a story worth sharing,” Hormel said.

Jamie’s will host weekly wine tasting and education events on Fridays at 6 p.m. Designed to be approachable, engaging and fun, these events will be led by Advanced Sommelier Katherine Janowiak.

Each event will emphasize a specific region and are scheduled on an ongoing basis. Upcoming classes will focus on five wine tours of the United States, France and Italy. Jamie’s features an evolving selection of over 700 labels, creating a unique experience for each guest. For more, visit jamiesbottleshop.com.
