If spin is your sweat sesh of choice and you have access to a stationary bike, this is for you. The uber-popular “Party on a Bike” workouts are available via the Arcadia and Tempe studios Instagram accounts where you can also zen out with their Phenomenal Flow yoga classes.

CycleBar

Switch up your cycle routine with daily rides and full-body routines from CycleBar. A membership will give you access to CycleBarGO, an online portal with workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. Not a member? Visit their Instagram accounts for live classes daily that you can join in on for free.

CA Yoga Barre

Scottsdale’s newest yoga studio offers a variety of classes targeting strength, agility, flexibility, and balance. Mountainside Fitness
