The iconic Esplanade in Phoenix’s prestigious Biltmore District is set to undergo major upgrades and renovations in a $45 million expansion project.
Located on Camelback across from the Biltmore Fashion Park, the luxurious high-rise condo community offers residents and visitors access to a wide array of shops, restaurants and elevated experiences.
CBRE, a leading global commercial real estate service, plans to enhance the Esplanade office building campus with a total of 30,000 square feet of new amenity spaces along with a redeveloped landscape.
“This renovation will amplify the already desirable location and offerings the Esplanade has,” says CBRE Executive Vice President Bryan Taute.
The project includes a new 16,000-square-foot facility that will feature a cafe and bar, co-working spaces, lounges, gaming areas, and a state-of-the-art fitness center; an 8,000 square-foot conference room for events of up to 100 people, new lobby entrances, as well as a new shade structure and pedestrian-friendly walkways.
Many projects are underway to meet the growing demand for commercial and industrial space across the Valley. The Esplanade office building renovation project will allow the renowned property to serve Phoenix’s growing population with new, innovative work standards and amenities in the distinctive Biltmore neighborhood.
