The Arrogant Butcher, normally closed Sundays, will open its doors for Mom’s special day and will offer brunch specials like the kale and sweet corn frittata and brioche French toast with strawberry compote, almonds and whipped mascarpone. The Phoenix eatery will serve these special dishes along with its regular lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and serve dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Greene House at Kierland Commons is offering California-inspired brunch specials including items like brioche French toast with bananas foster caramel and toasted walnuts, and a spring vegetable frittata, in addition to the regular lunch menu for Mother’s Day. Brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
North, on Mother’s Day, is dishing up a brunch menu the whole family can enjoy. Order the decadent baked French toast with vanilla maple syrup for the kids while the grownups nibble on savory items like nonna fried eggs and short rib hash with fried eggs and grilled bread. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Phoenix (pictured) and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Scottsdale.
Mom deserves a day of relaxation in a beautiful setting at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain. Enhance her day with a special brunch created by Food Network star Chef Beau MacMillan. Show mom how much you appreciate her this Mother’s Day with an elegant brunch in Talavera, or down-home cooking in Proof, an American Canteen, at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North on Sunday, May 11. Plus, families will delight in the complimentary Mother’s Day carnival from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the outdoor lawn. Featured activities include a bounce house, hula hoops, ball games and cookie decorating. This event is open to guests of the Resort as well as visitors attending the brunch in Talavera.
Roaring Fork honors Valley moms on Sunday, May 11 with a specialty Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The buffet-style menu features a selection of breakfast items, a carving station, salads, eggs, signature side dishes, entrees and tasty desserts.
