The highly acclaimed French-inspired Mediterranean cuisine restaurant FRANCINE at Scottsdale Fashion Square has unveiled a special New Year’s Eve menu for Friday, December 31, 2021.
Highlighting simple, yet fresh ingredients, guests will get to choose one item each from among three categories of this exceptional four-course prix fixe menu for $180 per person.
The evening starts with an Amuse Bouche of Smoked Salmon and Caviar on Buckwheat Blinis with a glass of champagne.
For the hors d’oeuvres, guests will then be invited to choose between Seared La Bella Foie Gras with an Orange Peel Brioche, Hamachi with Buddah’s Hand Lemon and Amarillo Dressing, Steak Tartare with Red Pepper Egg Yolk, Grilled Octopus Chorizo Verde and Romesco, or Butternut Tortellini Ricotta with Gorgonzola Dolce.
For the main course, guests will enjoy and choose between Filet Rossini Truffle Bordelaise with Crispy Sunchokes and Winter Truffle, Local Guinea Hen with Herbs Provence and Confit Crepenette Kumquat and Asian Pear, Chilean Sea Bass Sunchoke Puree with Crispy Brussel Leaves with Beluga Lentils and Ver Jus or a Rosemary Smoked Lamb Rack with Gnocchi and Heirloom Cauliflower and Rosemary Pesto.
The lovely dessert options include Francine Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee, and Chocolate Flourless Cake with Warm Ganache.
FRANCINE Restaurant is located in the luxury wing at Scottsdale Fashion Square at 4710 N Goldwater Boulevard Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Guests can make reservations for the evening as early as 5:00 p.m.
