Recipes: Fall Cocktails from El Chorro

Few things make an Arizonan happier than the start of fall. Summer is officially over and those scarves can be pulled out of storage and we can start dining outdoors (soon, anyway). El Chorro in Paradise Valley is marking the start of the season with its brand-new lineup of fall cocktails–and they were kind enough to share recipes with us. Get your shakers ready along with those scarves.

Ice
In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and orange slice together to release juices and essential oils. Add ice to the glass. Pour Figenza vodka over the ice and top with a splash of soda water.
New GINeration
2 oz. Tanqueray 10 Gin
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Juice of ¼ fresh lemon
