From fish tacos to a veggie-packed spring salad, Z’Tejas has launched a fresh new spring menu. The new seasonal lineup is available through May 11 at all five Valley Z’Tejas locations.
Toasted Cornbread Spring Salad (lunch only)
Croutons of our famous cornbread, baby arugula, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, jicama and red onions all tossed with a serrano chile and Dijon mustard vinaigrette.
Crispy fish served in corn tortillas with Southwestern Slaw, mango salsa and served with black beans and saffron rice.
Sweet Chile Pork Tenderloin
Pan-seared pork tenderloin over sautéed spinach and arugula, finished with sweet chile butter sauce and garnished with an orange and jalapeno salad.
Southern Chicken Thighs
Crispy chicken served with Southern-style succotash, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and finished with mango chutney.
Herradura Silver, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, blackberries, fresh lime juice, Herradura Agave Nectar.
SKYY Vodka, lemon and lime juice, fresh mint, naturally sweetened with Agave Nectar and finished with Lime Fomz.
Mango Upside Down Cake
Warm mango cake finished with Myers Dark Rum butter and served with mango sorbet.
