The DC Ranch Village Health Club & Spa will host a workshop by registered dietitian and nutritionist Chrissy Barth, “What Are You Not Eating?”, on Tuesday, July 21 from 7 to 8 p.m. The special workshop is designed for busy professionals and moms. Barth will share her strategies for smart, simple and attainable mental nutrition tips to live a healthier and more productive life. Attendees of “What Are You Not Eating?” will learn the basics of healthy eating for themselves and their families, at home or on the go. They will also gain a competitive advantage by uncovering the secrets to achieving their fullest potential starting with what, how and when to eat.
If you order your tickets for “What Are Your Not Eating?” by July 13, they will be $30 for Village members, $40 for non-members. The price increases by $10 after July 13.
