The new seasonal menu will be available through December at all 18 Over Easy locations across Arizona, for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

The fall menu features the Butternut & Goat Cheese Frittata, a satisfying and savory option made with three eggs, roasted butternut squash, sautéed kale, caramelized onions, herbed goat cheese, and green onions, served with your choice of side.
For something on the sweeter side, the Pumpkin French Toast is made with house-baked pumpkin bread, caramel sauce, gingersnap streusel, and powdered sugar. To sip, Over Easy is offering both a cozy non-alcoholic option and a boozy brunch favorite with seasonal flair. The Pumpkin Chai Latte combines chai tea, pumpkin purée, Press cold brew, oat milk, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Those looking to kick off brunch with something stronger can opt for the Pumpkin Spiced Martini, made with Stoli Vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice, Press cold brew, espresso liqueur, Irish cream, and cinnamon.
