This Valentine’s Day, The Americano, an Italian-inspired steakhouse in Scottsdale, is offering a five-course menu featuring a selection of Steak Tartare with truffle emulsion and fingerling potatoes, Braised Beef Short Rib with truffle hazelnut polenta and crispy parsnip or Olive Oil Poached Octopus with fingerling potatoes, olives and marinated tomatoes.
