From July 25 to July 31, Dutch Brothers is going to “Shake it for Ryan House!” One dollar from every frost or hake purchased will be donated back to Ryan House. This is the third-annual Shake it for Ryan House.
On Sunday, July 24, celebrate National Tequila Day at Sierra Bonita Grill with all-day specials on tequila-based cocktails. From open to close throughout the whole restaurant, Sierra Bonita will be offering $6 happy hour pricing on the fresh-squeezed margarita, pomegranate margarita and Paloma.
Modern Margarita on High Street in Northeast Phoenix has added several new options to its Modern Cocktails and Margarita” menu, each made only with fresh juices, pure ingredients and innovative new flavor profiles. In addition, the restaurant, which boasts more than 60 highland and lowland Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo tequilas as well as Ultra-premium and Mezcal options for the tequila connoisseur to sip on, now offers several tequila flights starting at $23. Each of the new tequila-infused cocktails will be available starting on July 24, National Tequila Day. Modern Margarita is celebrating National Tequila Day in style, offering two for once tequila with some of their personal favorites, including Chicano, Casa Noble, Cazadores, Corzo and Espolon.
MOD Pizza is introducing a new twist on a guest-favorite pizza, the Sienna (pictured), for the summer season. The Sienna is available now until Sept. 30 at all Arizona locations and features garlic, red onions, sliced mushrooms, rosemary and mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses. Additionally, the Sienna has a new seasonal ingredient – roasted Brussels sprouts.
Join Macayo’s Mexican Kitchen for its Tequila Cocktail Dinner Series at the Mesa location on Tuesday, July 26 at 5:30 p.m.. Enjoy bold Mexican flavors with a four-course meal, tequila cocktails paired with each course, live music and fun tequila education. Tickets are $20 a person and can be bought online. Then, join in at Macayo’s Grill & Cantina for Tequila Ocho tequila happy hour on July 28 at the Scottsdale and Shea location. Festivities will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. and $15 ticket includes passed appetizers, tequila education, Tequila Ocho samples, a Mexican fresca and more.
Jewel’s Bakery and Café in Phoenix announced the debut of their new dinner menu. Dinner items include revamped classics like beef stroganoff and red wine-braised short ribs, but also fresh, unique plates including buffalo cauliflower “wings,” the portabella Philly sandwich and the vegetable curry. For dessert, guests can enjoy items like the chocolate molten cake or the lighter pear croustade. In addition, Jewel’s Bakery and Cafe offers a selection of local craft brews, cocktails, ales, and wine to complement the dinner menu, as well as a variety of coffees, teas and other beverages.
To celebrate Fired Pie’s newest openings (Chandler and Glendale), the restaurant is offering everyone a free pizza or salad (at these two locations only) on Tuesday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. This offer is limited to one per person, dine in only and there are no call-in orders.
To thank civil service workers (such as police officers and fire fighters) for all that they do, The Melting Pot will be offering 50 percent off all food to Civil Service workers from July 17-23. All they have to do is show a valid I.D. at the beginning of their meal. For every civil service worker that comes each Melting Pot location (South Phoenix, North Tucson, Scottsdale and Glendale) will also be donating $1 to their local police department now through July 23.

Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill is excited to announce their newest recipient of their Cornbread for a Cause fundraiser. From now through Sept. 30, a portion of the cornbread proceeds from Z’Tejas’ five Phoenix-area locations will go to Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA.
Roka Akor Scottsdale announces the AZ Fine Swine Mangalitsa pig dinner on Thursday, July 28, at 7 p.m.  For one-night-only, Executive Chef Jason Alford will partner with AZ Fine Swine and create summer-inspired dishes using the whole pig. Prized for its tender texture and buttery flavor, the Mangalitsa hog is a royal Heritage breed raised by a fifth generation Arizona farm family. Priced at $80 per person, the seven-course menu of the Mangalitsa hog will be held in the private dining room and paired with a variety of local beers from Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. Clever Koi in Phoenix has introduced an Asian-style brunch menu. Plus, Clever Koi’s all-new Bento Box Lunch menu features an ever-changing protein paired with gourmet sides for only $12 (11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday).
AC Lounge at AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown, Tempe Town Lake’s first hotel, has introduced an innovative cocktail list alongside wine and sparkling wine on tap and beer only in a can. The Hoptail is a example of AC’s drink innovation and partnership with Four Peaks Brewery. The cocktail incorporates Four Peaks Hop Knot IPA with St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, grapefruit juice and is garnished with a fresh hop flower provided by Four Peaks.
On July 23 and 24, both Beckett’s Table and Southern Rail are celebrating Christmas in July, offering an additional $25 for every $100 gift card purchased.
