On Oct. 10, MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids) hosts its 8th annual MASKer Aide Ball “Carnivale” fundraiser at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The event features fine dining, music, dancing, silent and live auctions, and entertainment–and we have a sneak peek at the multi-course, around-the-world-inspired menu.
