Nothing screams “hello, summer” more than a big, juicy burger. To celebrate National Hamburger Day this weekend (May 28), they Valley restaurants are dishing up some meaty deals.
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers will be offering a PB & J Burger that’s a part of the restaurant’s National Burger Month promotion. One dollar of every featured burger during the month of May goes toward the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Liberty Station is offering their Tavern Burger with fried shoestring onions, BBQ pork and smoked cheddar for $5 or $9 with a glass of house wine (burger is regularly $15) on Sunday, May 28, all day.
Market Street Kitchen is offering its MSK Burger with smoked onions, roasted poblano pepper, cheddar, bacon and MSK burger sauce for $5 or $9 with a glass of house wine (burger is regularly $16) on Sunday, May 28, all day.
On Sunday, May 28, Kelly’s at Southbridge will offer $12 burgers. Kelly’s award-winning burgers are made with a signature four-meat blend of short rib, sirloin, chuck and brisket. Kelly’s will also have all-day happy hour on Sunday, May 28. Enjoy $4 off appetizers, bruschetta, bottles of wine and Champagne, $4 drafts, house wines, wells and $4 off signature cocktails.
In honor of the holiday, Beckett’s Table and Southern Rail will both offer a free select draft beer with a burger entree. At Beckett’s Table, the BT Flattop Burger features daily ground beef, bacon, charred onions, white American cheese, house-made pickles and mustard on a sesame brioche bun for $14. Guests can then choose a complimentary beer of either Four Peaks Peach, Mother Road IPA or Stella Artois. Southern Rail’s menu also includes the BT Flattop Burger, but also gives the option of the Original Muffaletta burger made with cured meats, provolone, tomato, olive salad and creole aioli on a sesame brioche bun for $14. The beer selection includes Four Peaks Peach, Four Peaks 8th Street Ale, Four Peaks Kiltlifter, Four Peaks Hopknot, Mother Road Gold Road Kolsch, Mudshark Belgium White, Mother Road Lost Highway Black IPA, and Bud Light.
Hopdoddy Burger Bar is dishing up the indulgent Truffle Mac N’ Cheese Burger to ring in the holiday. The burger features homemade truffle mac n’ cheese breaded and fried, sitting atop an Angus Beef Patty topped with caramelized onions and truffle aioli.
