It might be a little early to start thinking about Father’s Day but Fleming’s upcoming Grill Seminars might be the perfect present for your barbecue-lovin’ pops. On Saturday, June 12 and Saturday, July 10, all Valley Fleming’s locations will host its popular Grill Seminars from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Each class is $10. (Be sure to reserve your spot soon, as space is limited.) Here’s what you have to look forward to:
June 12: The Perfect Cut – Steak 101
Fleming’s chefs will show guests its most popular cuts of steak and discuss the differences, then everyone will head to the grill for some on-hand dos and don’ts to cooking. After the sessions guests will get to sample three cuts side by side – the filet, New York strip, and ribeye – so they can taste the difference themselves.
July 10: Grilling Seafood
Preparing delicate fishes on the grill can be challenging. Fleming’s chefs will offer their expertise with tips and cooking tools to help make sure your shrimp doesn’t end up in the barbie.
