Old Town Scottsdale’s two-story restaurant Estelle has debuted a new brunch menu featuring elevated bites and handcrafted cocktails. More than a dozen new menu items are available, adding options sure to please any palate. Among the new menu offerings is a Burrata & Pesto Omelet for $15, featuring burrata, basil pesto, Campari tomato, arugula, and breakfast potatoes.
Another option is the $17 Olive Oil French Toast, made with brioche, burrata, fig jam, and strawberries. For those craving lighter brunch fare, the Avocado Toast features smashed avocado, whipped feta, a chili-oil-fried egg, salsa macha, and grilled ciabatta, priced at $14.50. Guests can also order Kofta & Eggs, a combination of beef kofta kebab, eggs your way, sliced tomato, breakfast potatoes, and grilled ciabatta for $16.
Food isn’t the only addition to Estelle’s menu. Cocktails are included with these new additions, such as the “French Toast Martini,” which is a sweet twist on a classic espresso martini made with Smirnoff vodka, cold brew coffee, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, and French toast syrup.
Guests can indulge in a refreshing “Garden Party” cocktail featuring Watermelon & Basil Grey Goose, prosecco, lemon, black pepper, and basil. Another option is the “Pom Pom,” which includes Tito’s vodka, pomegranate, lemon, mint, and simple syrup. For the tequila lovers, Estelle is introducing “Sup Doc,” made with Casamigos Blanco tequila, carrot, lemon, and brown sugar-cinnamon syrup.
Brunch, of course, wouldn’t be complete without mimosas, and Estelle is on it. The restaurant offers half-size bottle service, served with three fresh juices and berries. Guests can choose from a variety of champagnes and bubbles to find the perfect pairing, priced from $50 to $150.

Estelle, which opened in 2025, blends Mexican and Mediterranean influences across its design and menu. Nestled in Old Town Scottsdale, the restaurant offers “clean food, natural light, casual ease” during the day, but by night the vibe changes, offering guests the perfect place to party.
With beautiful views of Camelback Mountain, the location is sure to impress both locals and out-of-town guests. Estelle’s brunch menu will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Learn more at estellescottsdale.com.
