The Gladly, Phoenix’s iconic whiskey bar and restaurant, is celebrating 10 years of serving the Valley. To commemorate this exciting milestone and show an appreciation to all those that have supported them over the years, The Gladly is offering its popular Original Chopped Salad for only $10 every Monday throughout the entire month of August.

Since opening its doors in 2013—at the heels of critically acclaimed sister concept Citizen Public House—The Gladly has stood as a household name, specializing in bold New-American food and boasting an extensive collection of over 300 different types of whiskey.

While guests enjoy the beloved neighborhood spot’s elevated American cuisine and creative cocktails, The Gladly is truly known for The Original Chopped Salad—a dish that quickly rose to fame and secured its spot as the unofficial salad of Arizona.

Created by Chef-Owner Bernie Kantak, the famous salad combines colorful rows of smoked salmon, arugula, Israeli couscous, marinated tomatoes, a housemade trail mix and super sweet dried corn that’s all dressed up with a sassy buttermilk herb dressing and mixed table side.

Since being introduced to the menu, The Original Chopped Salad has grown to become a cult-favorite and has even been replicated on menus across the country; however, no one’s ever been able to truly duplicate the salad to be quite like The Gladly’s.

Whether you are a long-standing regular or new to The Gladly’s vibrant ambiance, the 10-year anniversary celebration is your opportunity to enjoy the famous Arizona salad and support your local restaurant scene, while experiencing the warm hospitality that has defined The Gladly for over a decade.

The Original Chopped Salad will be available for $10 every Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. throughout the month of August during The Gladly’s 10-year anniversary celebration. For reservations, visit thegladly.com.
