Burger Daze at Liberty Market

In celebration of one of America’s favorite foods, the hamburger, Liberty Market in Gilbert is hosting Burger Daze during the month of August. Diners have the chance to enjoy a different burger each day of the month from a tater tot-topped burger to a dessert burger made of brownie. Plus, if a customers eats 10 different burgers in the series, they receive a $25 gift card. Hungry for all 31 burgers? Receive a $100 gift card. August 1: Tater Tot Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with tater tots and American cheese. Served with a side of ketchup.
August 2: Jalapeno Butter Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with a roasted jalapeno compound butter. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles.
August 3: Texas Chainsaw Chili Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with a Texas chainsaw chili, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions
August 4: Pepperonata Parmesan Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with parmesan cheese and a mixture of slow roasted peppers and marinara sauce
August 5: Jamaican Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with a Jamaican jerk sauce, spring mix, papaya salsa and tomatoes.
August 6: Quinoa Sliders (V)
• Quinoa patties topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. (Patty has cheese in the mixture)
August 7: Meatballer
• Our Sicilian meatballs on a demi-baguette with provolone, basil and marinara sauce
August 8: BBQ Cheddar Bacon Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, bacon and pickles.
August 9: Dessert Burger (V)
• Our burger of the day comes as a vanilla cupcake “bun” with a 100% brownie burger and traditional toppings made from a buttercream frosting.
August 10: The Reuben
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with pastrami, 1000 island dressing, swiss cheese and sauerkraut.
August 11: Double Double
• Two 100% ground chuck patties with double your choice of cheese. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Served with our three dip trio of a roasted garlic aioli, pineapple-mint-cilantro salsa and ketchup.
August 12: Short Rib Burger – aka “Hey Shorty”
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with braised short ribs and spring mix.
August 13: The Argentinian
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with provolone cheese, our house made chimichurri sauce, arugula and tomatoes.
August 14: Chip and Dip Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with your choice of cheese, French onion dip, Kettle chips, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Served with a side of French onion dip.
August 15: Yellowstone Burger
• 100% ground bison patty topped with your choice of cheese, crispy onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Served with ketchup.
August 16: Po-Boy
• Crab cakes on a demi-baguette topped with spring mix, tomatoes and a Tabasco aioli.
August 17: Portobello Burger
• A Portobello burger topped with spring mix, tomatoes, onions and a fresh pesto sauce.
August 18: Teriyaki Turkey Burger
• Ground turkey topped with a grilled pineapple, Swiss cheese and a sesame slaw.
August 19: Open Faced Meatloaf Burger
• Meatloaf patty served open faced with mozzarella, roasted onions and a truffle ketchup.
August 20: The Dragon Burger
• Slow-roasted pulled pork with a five spice Asian BBQ sauce topping a 100% ground chuck patty with a napa cabbage slaw and sesame seeds.
August 21: 3 Amigos Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with chorizo, cheddar cheese, roasted jalapenos, lettuce, onions and a side of Ranch dressing.
August 22: Ahi Tuna Burger
• Ahi tuna topped with an Asian slaw and wasabi mayo.
August 23: Black Bean Burger (V)
• A black bean patty with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a roasted red pepper aioli.
August 24: Oven-Dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty with goat cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Topped with spring mix and onions.
August 25: Tex-Mex Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with pico de gallo, white cheddar, lettuce and avocado.
August 26: Weekender
• 100% ground chuck patty, your choice of cheese, Liberty potatoes, bacon and a sunny-side up egg.
August 27: Loaded Baked Potato Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with a bacon and whipped potato mixture and cheddar cheese on an onion roll. Served with a side of sour cream.
August 28: Volcano Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and our spicy jalapeno garlic spread.
August 29: French Onion Burger
• 100% ground beef patty with caramelized onions, gruyere cheese and a horseradish aioli.
August 30: Anchor Porter Burger
• 100% ground chuck patty topped with an Liberty Anchor Porter cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
