CATCH Scottsdale will serve its new brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., giving weekend diners a chance to settle in for a meal with plenty of choices. The $75-per-person experience includes house-made croissants, selections from the restaurant’s signature CATCH Boat, sushi, entrees and a curated dessert station, with an exclusive selection of brunch cocktails also available.
The CATCH Boat includes unlimited selections including oysters, shrimp cocktail, clams, mussels, hamachi tartare and tuna poke. The seafood spread continues with sushi options such as Salmon Avocado, Vegetable King, Spicy Yellowtail and Spicy Tuna rolls, along with a chef’s assortment of nigiri. For an additional $80 per person, guests can add unlimited caviar service featuring Ossetra caviar served with traditional accompaniments.
The entree selection brings plenty of brunch classics along with some CATCH-style upgrades. Highlights include Cinnamon Roll Pancakes with cream cheese frosting, candied almonds and maple syrup; Steak & Eggs featuring a six-ounce Prime New York Strip, home fries and bone marrow truffle butter; Chicken & Waffles with Calabrian hot honey and whipped lemon butter; and Baked Lobster Mac & Cheese with Maine lobster cream and a four-cheese blend.
The CATCH Burger also makes an appearance, topped with miso bacon, Gruyere, smoked Dijonnaise and spicy pickles. Additional choices include Eggs Benedict, American Breakfast, Bananas Foster French Toast, Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti and a selection of omelets.
Of course, brunch wouldn’t be complete without something to sip. CATCH is offering an exclusive brunch cocktail selection that includes a Mini Espresso Martini, Bloody Maria – a tequila-based twist on the classic Bloody Mary – as well as Mimosas and Bellinis. Those skipping the booze can opt for mocktails such as the Watermelon Mojito or Makrut Lime Spritz, along with fresh orange, pineapple and grapefruit juices.
The curated dessert station gives guests plenty of reasons to save room, with sweets including Cereal Milk Panna Cotta, Opera Tart, Caramel Popcorn Choux à la Crème, Cookies & Cream Trifle, Apple Crumb Tart, macarons and house-made chocolate chip cookies.The brunch unfolds inside CATCH Scottsdale’s 11,700-square-foot space.
