We recently learned that Scottsdale’s annual Crave event has been pushed back to Jan. 28-30 (boo!). (It was supposed to be held this weekend.) However, Crave will still be hosting a pre-party on Saturday, Oct. 23 to get hungry revelers excited for next year’s event (yey!). For $20 (or $25 at the door), guests are invited to the Calvin Charles Gallery in Old Town Scottsdale for food, drink and live entertainment at Crave: The Pre-Party. Guests can nibble on eats from 5th & Wine, sip top-notch wines and hand-crafted micro brews from the Valley’s San Tan Brewing, and take in a performance from from Travel Channel star, author, chef and comedian Mark DeCarlo and live jazz from Dennis Rowland. Plus, there will be raffle tickets will be on sale for prizes donated by local resorts and restaurants and Crave AZ tickets will be on sale at a discounted price. www.cravearizona.com.
