Options range from a Mixed Greens Salad tossed with artisanal greens, red onion, baby heirloom tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette, to a rich Lobster Bisque finished with cream, brandy, and extra virgin olive oil.

For those who prefer to sample a few bites, a choice of two bruschetta delivers a mix of textures and flavors, including Caprese, Whipped Ricotta with honeycomb, Burrata & Peperonata, Pea Pesto, Balsamic Cherries, or Fig & Pear. The main course continues the theme of choice and customization. Guests can opt for a crisp Caesar Salad or a colorful Heirloom Tomato Panzanella, with the option to add protein for a heartier plate.

Sandwich lovers may gravitate toward “The Fig & Pig” Ciabatta, layered with prosciutto, fig jam, stracciatella, roasted tomato, hot honey and arugula, served alongside fries or greens. Comfort food fans will appreciate the Chicken Parmigiana, featuring baked, herb-breaded chicken paired with rigatoni alla vodka. Another option is the build-your-own pasta, which lets diners choose their favorite sauce and pasta shape, and add meatballs or other proteins for a personalized touch.
