The restaurant is designed as an easygoing gathering spot, equally suited for a quick weekday lunch, a relaxed dinner with friends or a catered group event. Guests can expect flavor combinations built around high-quality ingredients, all served in a welcoming setting that has helped the brand build a loyal following.

“The opening of our first Arizona store represents a meaningful expansion for our brand and an opportunity to connect with the community,” CMO Alicia Mowder said. “Locals who have experienced Mendo in the past have been asking if an Arizona location is coming for years and now they’re rallying for this introduction to The Valley. We look forward to introducing the Mendocino Farms experience to Gainey Ranch.”

Beginning Wednesday, February 18, the restaurant will roll out a branded food truck around Scottsdale, giving residents a chance to sample popular menu items and pick up a bit of swag. Stops along the Food Truck Tour will pop up at locations throughout the area, adding to the buzz surrounding the launch.

The menu blends seasonal specialties with fan favorites that have become brand signatures. Standouts include The Farm Club, a spin on the traditional turkey club; the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich; and the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada, a go-to for something fresh and nutrient-packed. A rotating selection of seasonal dishes keeps things interesting.

Housemade beverages extend that focus on freshness. Every drink is both vegan and gluten-free, with bright, fruit-forward options like Guava Lemonade, Get Your Greens juice and Pomegranate Mint Lemonade joining Classic Lemonade and Passion Fruit Black Tea.

For office lunches, parties and special events, the restaurant also offers customizable catering packages designed to feed groups of any size, making it easy to share the menu’s crowd-pleasing flavors beyond the dining room. Learn more at mendocinofarms.com.
