The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix is launching a highly anticipated Chill & Grill series on the patio of signature restaurant Bistro 24. The first event of the series will kick off on Friday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. with a “Tequila Time!” theme, during which guests are invited to sip on unique tequila cocktails and enjoy grilled tequila-infused bites. The Chill & Grill line-up will be offered once a month on Friday nights from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with evening entertainment.
Guests of Chill & Grill can anticipate action stations serving two signature drinks and a menu offering shrimp, cedar plank salmon, scallops, halibut ceviche and bison carpaccio. Cocktails include a spicy margarita picante and a Valentine’s Day-friendly Love Potion No. 24, with pomegranate- and mint-infused Olmeca Altos Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and lemon soda. Cocktails are available for $10 and bites will be offered for $7 each.
