Set to debut in April 2026, this phase introduces expansive new event and wellness spaces that embrace Sedona’s natural beauty while offering modern luxury at one of the region’s most sought-after destinations.
At the heart of the renovation is a breathtaking 15,324-square-foot event lawn. Positioned with unobstructed views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and Lee Mountain, the lawn creates an unforgettable setting for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, wellness retreats, corporate meetings, and product launches.
Its elevated design and sweeping vistas ensure that every gathering is framed by Sedona’s legendary red rock scenery. The addition more than doubles the resort’s outdoor event offerings, expanding total event space to more than 50,000 square feet and seamlessly connecting indoor venues with open-air experiences, a feature increasingly sought after by planners and guests.
Equally transformative is the full renovation of the resort’s 25,000-square-foot eforea Spa and Sedona Athletic Club. Designed with the discerning traveler in mind, the refreshed spa blends contemporary design with elevated wellness experiences. A reimagined adults-only spa pool complex introduces spacious cabanas, shaded chaise lounges, and a brand-new pool bar serving light bites and locally crafted beverages. During construction, nine spa suites were added to ensure uninterrupted access to treatments, reinforcing the resort’s commitment to relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the transformation.
Hilton Sedona’s outdoor wellness offerings have been expanded to include guided yoga, sound bath sessions, poolside meditation, and immersive fitness classes. The arrival experience has also been thoughtfully refreshed with the introduction of a new 1,025-square-foot marketplace. Featuring barista-crafted beverages, gourmet grab-and-go fare, artisanal cheese boards, and curated provisions, the Marketplace caters to leisurely mornings and adventure-filled days exploring Sedona.
