Green Valley Ranch Resort is welcoming guests to experience a fresh era of luxury with the completion of its West Tower renovation, part of a sweeping $200 million property-wide transformation. The resort’s fully redesigned 199 West Tower rooms are now available for booking, with a selection of newly updated suites set to debut in January 2026.
Renovations are also underway for the remaining 294 East Tower rooms and suites, along with the South rotunda lobby and upgraded meeting and convention spaces, all slated to open throughout 2026.

The 162 guestrooms and 37 suites of the West Tower blend warmth with refined detailing, offering guests a pied-à-terre inspired by European craftsmanship. Resort king, resort queen, and resort king with patio rooms span 495 square feet, while executive king, executive queen, and patio-equipped suites range up to 715 square feet.
Each space features a palette of shagreen leathers and caramel tweed upholstery, stone surfaces, bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble, and layered lighting. Modern amenities include LED vanity mirrors, 65-inch smart TVs, Nespresso machines, plush robes, automated lighting control, and vintage-inspired analog alarm clocks, all designed to enhance comfort and convenience.
Green Valley Ranch is preparing to unveil its redesigned meetings and convention spaces in early 2026. Spanning 69,000 square feet, the area will feature lighter color palettes, new furnishings, improved lighting, and flexible configurations capable of hosting intimate gatherings of 50 to grand galas for up to 5,000.
The resort is also elevating its entertainment and culinary offerings. The Regal Theatre is undergoing a phased, state-of-the-art refurbishment, set for completion in Q2 2026, with upgraded recliner seating, advanced projection systems, improved acoustics, and a new lobby lounge and craft beverage bar.
Culinary experiences are also expanding, including Nielsen’s Frozen Custard in Spring 2026, and the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and Polaris Casino Bar, joining favorites like Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, Borracha Mexican Cantina, and Pizza Rock by Tony Gemignani.
