Following the recent opening of an exciting lineup of food destinations at Phoenix Sky Harbor’s fourth terminal, the airport has announced that even more innovative restaurants and shops are coming to its newest concourse. The latest additions will include two local food concepts and two shopping experiences that are set to open in Terminal 4 by the end of 2024.

“It’s so exciting to see our Airport showcasing beloved local concepts and nationally-recognized brands,” says Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego. “America’s Friendliest Airport truly is America’s Tastiest Airport with the abundance of offerings travelers will find in the Airport terminals. It’s rewarding to be able to create opportunities for local and small businesses to come together and succeed.”

For the second phase of new concessions in Terminal 4, PHX S1 Restaurant Partners, LLC. (PHX S1)—a partnership of concessionaires HMSHost, Kind Hospitality and TMG Services, Inc.—will open two new restaurants. These include Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen + Bar, which will feature classic American dishes, like burgers, sandwiches, pizza and more; and SanTan Spirit House, a concept from the locally beloved SanTan Brewing Company that will offer a variety of shareable food items and unique spirits.

“HMSHost has built its reputation on developing an exciting mix of restaurants that makes a traveler’s journey as rewarding as their destination. We are thrilled to be part of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s growth and to bring the legendary flavors of Guy Fieri and SanTan Spirits to the terminal,” says HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas.

In addition to the two restaurants, Sky Harbor Airport has partnered with Paradies Lagardère to open two new shops in Terminal 4, including a Fan Shop by PGA TOUR and an Arizona Roadtrip store. At the Fan Shop, shoppers will be able to browse and purchase PGA TOUR’s selection of golf apparel and accessories, as well as try out the first golf simulator at the airport and take a swing at the famous 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale. Additionally, travelers will be able to find many locally-made products, including Arizona wine and olive oils, at the Arizona Roadtrip store, which will also feature a kids’ zone with activities.

“We greatly appreciate our partnership with Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and are excited to expand our retail presence with two new, exciting brands,” says Paradies Lagardère President and CEO Gregg Paradies. “The new Fan Shop by PGA TOUR will attract sports enthusiasts of all kinds and is perfect for the Phoenix market while our Arizona Roadtrip store showcases an amazing array of local products and even shares information on the artisans that created those items. Each store will offer a fun and friendly experience.”
