As Spring approaches, join the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel for a night under the stars to celebrate the balance of day and night: EQUINOX. The night of entertainment, dinner, and libations will take place on Skyline (located on the 5th floor) at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel on Saturday, March 21st, 2015 from 7PM to 10PM. Enjoy dinner and a complimentary hand crafted cocktail before dancing the night away to the sounds of DJ Michael Antonia a.k.a. THEFLASHDANCE (Los Angeles). You never know what other surprise could pop up that night. Tickets are $40 per person. Tickets include dinner, one cocktail, and all of the evening’s activations.

Passed Tapas: Assorted “deviled eggs” to include “green eggs and ham,” Caprese skewers, Panzanella/white balsamic anchovy, Lamb chop/Garbanzo bean puree/Harissa
Family Style Dinner: Bronzino/tomato & dates, Beef Short rib/AZ Stronghold Demi Glace, Kale/tomatoes/caramelized onions, Spring Pea Risotto
Dessert: Small bites family style, or The Cake Pop Wall
As a finalist on the Food Network TV Show, “Chopped” Judson has proven to be fearless in the kitchen. Judson’s passion for local and seasonal ingredients takes him to many small Phoenix farms, vineyards, bakeries and microbreweries, where he has found many partners to provide just the right ingredients for his restaurants.
Throughout the night of EQUINOX Mixologist Spotty will be preparing one of his favorite signature cocktails, also included with for every guest.
Additional activities include, an Astronomer to view the night sky, Tarot Card Readers, Palm Readers, Henna Tattoos and a photo booth.
