Living a healthy, active lifestyle at Mirabel is more than exceptional golf, the premier private club also offers extensive health & wellness programs for its members.

This month kicked off the annual Men’s Fitness Challenge and new Ladies’ Fit Club to help members keep those New Year’s resolutions to lose weight and maintain a fit, healthy lifestyle. The participants will be lead through workouts, fitness assessments and weigh-ins and will keep food logs along with group accountability. The men will be working the program for up to three months and the Ladies’ club is an eight week challenge.

Mirabel’s Fitness Manager, Jenny Hill, coordinates regular yoga hikes, boot camp workout sessions and special events such as acupuncture and nutrition presentations. The Club also offers CPR and First Aid training to members three times a year. Hill’s methods center on a dynamic new concept in fitness that focuses on customized sculpting exercises, strength training, flexibility and most of all “Quality of Life Rewards.”

Mirabel’s fitness center features multi-sport cardio and strength training equipment. Professional trainers and instructors can assist with workouts and conduct a variety of efficient, fun and in-demand classes such as: kickboxing, fireside yoga, TRX, golf fitness, STIX, Bar Sculpt, Zumba and Pilates. After a workout, members can step outside to enjoy the pool area with its private cabanas and Jacuzzi or pamper themselves at the Club’s fully appointed spa.

Mirabel Golf Club features an award-winning Tom Fazio course, exceptional fine and casual dining, social activities and championship-caliber Har-Tru clay tennis courts. Members are granted exclusive access to the spectacular 38,000 square-foot, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, Desert Lodge Clubhouse and a variety of community events.

The private, gated community which surrounds the golf club consists of 348 homesites offering both luxury homes and custom lots. Property ownership is not required, but membership is limited.
