Spice Up Your Sunday Suppers with Mountain Shadows’ Supper Club

Sunday dinner just got a whole lot more exciting.

No more hours in the kitchen cooking or cleaning up the mess, thanks to one of our new fave Valley resorts, Mountain Shadows.

One Sunday a month, the resort will host Sunday Supper Club in its restaurant, Hearth ’61.

On that lovely Sunday, guests are invited to indulge in a four-course meal and paired beverages curated to perfection by Executive Chef Charles Wiley. This meal will also be in partnership with one of Mountain Shadows’ local food or beverage suppliers.

And this Sunday, September 17 is this month’s Sunday Supper Club, featuring Folio Fine Wine Partner’s Pat Jasmine.

At 6 p.m. you will get to dive into a menu that includes:

  • Kaboha squash raviolo with matsutake mushrooms, carrot, ginger, and coconut veloute
  • Beet cured Washington state steelhead with brussels sprout salad, organic cannellini bean puree, golden beets, and sherry vinaigrette
  • Rioja braised veal shortrib with thyme-infused dauphinoise potato and broccolini

Dinner is priced at $74 per person

Reservations are required for Sunday Supper Club, so be sure to call ahead at 480.624.5458 to make them.
