Christmas Brunch Buffet is back this year at The Camby, and the menu is looking too good to be true.

Four-Course Christmas Dinner

There is no doubt that this Christmas dinner at Sanctuary will be packed to the brim — executive chef and Food Network star Beau MacMillan is the mastermind behind it.

Do not expect bland ham and potatoes during this meal — instead you’re looking at dining on incredible creations such as:

  • escargot potpie with spinach, garlic confit, and cremini mushrooms
  • roasted California squab with foie gras risotto, caramelized Asian pear, pickled beech mushrooms, and black pepper caramel sauce

Three-Course Holiday Dinner

We don’t know about you, but the last thing we have time for this holiday season is cooking a big Christmas dinner. So why not leave it to the pros at Sheraton Grand At Wild Horse Pass where you know, without a doubt, your meal will be one of the best of the year?
