Let elements Executive Chef Beau MacMillan take you through some unforgettable food, paired perfectly with some of the best wines you’ve ever had.

The dinner on March 22 will feature ZD Wine‘s tasty varieties — from Chardonnay, to Pinot Noir, to Cabernet Sauvignon, and a very exclusive secret wine, you will go on an incredible journey through some truly top-notch vino.

And what’s a good glass of wine without some food to go along with it?

Chef Beau MacMillan will prepare for that evening food that includes:

  • Prosciutto & parmesan crusted asparagus
  • Ahi tun & Dungeness crab tion
  • Duck & foie gras risotto
  • Slow roasted prime striploin of beef
  • and more
