The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is helping guests start off their days with exceptional brews at Crema, the resortâs new coffee bar.
Iâve stayed at my fair share of luxury resorts and while standout accommodations and service can be found all around the globe, an easy way to tell a stellar resort from just an alright one is the attention to food and beverage details. Iâm not talking about a resortâs fancy five-star dining outlet with celebrity a chef, thatâs too obvious. Iâm talking about those crisp breakfast potatoes, those bran muffins and, most importantly, that all too elusive Cup of Joe.
There are the in-room-coffee-maker resorts, the coffee-is-served-in-the-lobby resorts, the coffee-can-only-be-ordered-by-room-service resorts and then there are resorts like the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North.
âMany guests start their day with a hike or lounging poolside, and may not want or need the traditional sit-down breakfast,â says Director of Food & Beverage Bryan Feigenbaum. âCrema is another way we are innovating within food and beverage, and finding new ways to better meet guestsâ needs.â
Crema coffee shop is now offered poolside at Saguaro Blossom and is open every Friday through Sunday, from 7:00 to 10:30 am. Guests can enjoy locally sourced press drip coffee, a full espresso bar, blended coffees, and a variety of âcreate-your-ownâ smoothies. Those looking for something more substantial can choose from a breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, granola parfait, whole fruit and a variety of homemade pastries. For the ultimate pick-me-up, choose the Scottsdale Breakfast for a shot of espresso and a cold, local Arizona beer. Now, that is innovative.
