Pop Bubbly at The Phoenician During Champagne Saturdays

If your summer diet isn’t a Champagne diet then you’re doing it all wrong and The Phoenician is here to help.

The luxury resort’s newest after-dark offering is inviting adults to enjoy some fancy fizz. Taking place the first and third Saturday of every month from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Champagne Saturdays was inspired by the resort’s signature Afternoon Tea offering, with a little more spirit added in. The experience features three courses of small bites and your choice of Champagne, accompanied by live pianists and top-notch service.

The evening kicks off by choosing your tier of Champagne: Perrier Jouet, Grand Brut; Ruinart, Blanc de Blanc; or Dom Perignon. Each bubbly is then paired with an artisan cheese board and topped off with an array of cold canapes. Canapes include a tomato, mozzarella, basil crisp; an ahi tuna with Thai chile crisp; and macadamia-crusted goat cheese with raspberry conserve. For the second course, things heat up with hot canapes like miniature Beef Wellington with tarragon aoli and coconut-breaded lobster tail with Thai chili sauce and others. The final course features sweet treats and decadent desserts like chocolate-dipped strawberries, Scottish shortbread and dark chocolate truffles.
