Well & Being Spa Offering Silent Savasana

If you’ve always wanted to amp up your yoga session, Well & Being Spa at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is hosting a Silent Savasana class on Sunday, April 28 in partnership with Spiritual Gangster.

Taking place 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., the class will be led by acclaimed yoga instructors Donny Starkins and Desiree Grobstein for a powerful, playful and inspiring version of yoga, with the added touch of music and community.

Yogis will receive a LED headset which will transmit the instructor’s voice along with a carefully curated playlist, allowing for a unique and personal journey filled with spoken words, music and meditation. The headphones help participants to fully focus and block out any outside distractions.

Silent Savasana will begin at 6:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to arrive between 5:45-6 p.m. to check in at the spa lobby and get settled for the class which will take place on the Canyon Lawn. All yoga experience levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water and get ready to zen out.

Silent Savasana is $15 per person or complimentary with the purchase of a spa treatment on the same day.

Additional same-day activities include a Spiritual Gangster trunk show from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and a health-ade kombucha bar from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Make sure to bring your Silent Savasana or spa receipt to ANNA J to redeem for complimentary champagne and a surprise gift.

To reserve, call 480.585.2732.
