Title: Student at ASU, Face of Foothills Finalist

Married/Single: Single

Kids: 0

City you live in: Scottsdale, AZ

A typical day in my life includes…

an early morning workout, classes at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at ASU, homework, and then I squeeze in some fun with my friends! Oh, you can also catch me composing several videography projects and conducting interviews for school around Downtown Phoenix or Tempe for my journalism classes!

I was born…

in Scottsdale, Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the sunsets/landscape/warm weather. I like to think of myself as a girl whose body is on the West coast but heart is on the East coast. (Majority of my family is from New York) However I truly love the desert and don’t think I could live anywhere else!

I’m listening to…

the show “Friends” playing in the background on Netflix. Someone please tell me how I just discovered this show?

My family…

is my backbone. They are the most loving and supportive people in my life. They always encourage me “to follow my dreams,” “to never give up,” and “to never sacrifice my principles.” I love them more than anything in this world.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

alright don’t judge, there are many people that come to mind but for where I am right now in my life and hopefully fulfilling my dream of making a name for myself in Hollywood, I definitely have to say the Kardashians. Specifically, Kris Jenner. I say this because I think that she could give me some incredible advice based on the industry that I strive to succeed in. She has an amazing business sense and has basically created an Empire for herself and her daughters and has managed to get through some extremely controversial obstacles in her life while having the world constantly judge her and get through it with grace.

One thing I cannot live without…

dancing. I have been a competitive dancer my entire life and I love the power it has to heal and allow you to live in in the moment. I can honestly say dancing was truly my first love.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

FAMOUS! (Still the goal people) But I definitely wanted to be an actress. I even wrote myself a note saying, once I was famous I was going to buy my dad a 42 ft. boat and wear a yellow dress to the Oscars.

I’m inspired by…

so many different things. I believe that inspiration is everywhere and you just have to open your eyes a little to realize that you can find inspiration all around you which is truly incredible.

The one person who motivates me is…

my dad. He is a former New York City fireman, karate champion, baseball and football coach. I think it’s extremely accurate for me to say he’s not just a hero to me, but a hero to many. And let me tell ya first hand, if you’ve never heard him give a motivational speech whether it be to my dance team, my sister’s soccer team, or his former football team you are really missing out.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

all of the negativity. I always strive to be extremely positive, genuine, and kind, because everyone you meet is fighting a battle you may know nothing about.

The perfect day would be…

spent on the beach somewhere tropical or exploring through Europe (specifically Italy, or Greece… I’m picturing something like the movie Mama Mia)!

My first job was…

at True Hot Yoga in Scottsdale! It was the most perfect environment for someone like me and I met the most amazing people there!

My favorite escape…

has to be blasting some music and having a dance session. I’m telling you, the feeling I get when I’m dancing is something indescribable.

My life…

is so special. I have the most amazing people in my life and have been granted such amazing opportunities. I find it so important to give back to the world when you are presented with opportunities and privileges that some people may not have. For this reason, I’m currently working on renovating a room at the Ronald McDonald house with the XOXO Ken Stabler Foundation.

I’m currently working on…

being the best version of myself and living my best life.

Always…

dream big.

Never…

settle.

Favorite Quote…

“Never let anyone dull your sparkle.” –Marilyn Monroe

Biggest Dream…

seeing my name in lights. Ultimately I want to be the “next” Giuliana Rancic and be an entertainment broadcast journalist on E! News.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

mean people! The phrase “treat others the way you want to be treated” speaks volumes to me, being a girl who has been bullied and experienced mean girls the majority of my life. Those experiences have only taught me to be a stronger person and be as kind as I can to everyone I meet.
