I was born…

in Palm Springs, California where my mom drove me home in an Easter basket in the front seat of a convertible Corvette.

My favorite thing about Arizona is…

the family friendly environment and the community that we live in. I like that we LIVE. WORK. PLAY in the zip code 85260.  Which happens to be the fittest zip code in the state.

I’m listening to…

whatever makes the people around me happy.

My family…

is the most important thing in my life. We have built our professional, business and personal life with our family and kids as the number one priority.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Simon Sinek, he is a visionary, an optimist and teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people.

One thing I cannot live without…

is sunshine. It makes everything better and brighter. My cell phone is a close second.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

an Attorney, a CIA Agent a News Anchor and the first Female President. I ended up as a Real Estate Development Marketing Executive and followed my family into a legacy of Health and Wellness.

I’m inspired by…

entrepreneurs!… in any field, in any industry. People who lead from the front and find their own inspiration to create something special and make things happen.

The one person who motivates me is…

I’m a self starter, success and the ability to change and impact people’s lives motivates me.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

to ensure basic human rights for everyone around the globe.

The perfect day would be…

to wake up on a tropical island, train, eat breakfast (bacon, eggs and fruit) overlooking the ocean and go back to bed for a mid morning nap then spend a relaxing the day at the beach BBQing and hanging out with friends and family. I love to travel and visit new places.

My first job was…

when I was 15 years old as a lifeguard at a waterpark in Palm Springs, CA.

My favorite escape…

is to The Sanctuary Hotel. It’s close to home, yet remote enough to get away.

My life…

is never where I imagined but everywhere I’d hoped it would be. I am blessed with a thriving business, a wonderful husband who is also my best friend, business partner and soul mate and two happy and healthy kids, One with a heart of gold and the other with an incredibly infectious laugh guaranteed to make even the “Grinch” smile. They make me a better person.

I’m currently working on…

developing, standardized licensing programs for integrated lifestyle fitness facilities that are built on the foundation of client
excellence, professional coaching and a thriving business experience.

Always…

“kiss me goodnight”

Never…

make the same mistake twice. The second time you make it, it is a choice.
