A typical day in my life includes… a rigorous battle each morning with my snooze button on my iPhone, a cup of coffee to help me think clearly, followed by a daily commute littered with traffic where I bravely navigate through four different freeways to get to the office. Once at work, I do my best to hone my inner superhero to take on the tasks and challenges of the day, while providing the best possible support to my team, my clients, and the candidates that I engage with daily. After a day’s worth of adventures, I’m able to relax and unwind with my family and enjoy dinners at the table, followed by story time with my kids.

I was born… in Orange County, CA and am still a lover of the sun and the beach as a direct result of my roots.

My favorite thing about Arizona… is the amazing scorching sunsets that paint the fiery sky with beautiful red and orange undertones that transform our desert landscape into a breathtaking canvas (one that Bob Ross himself would be happy to have painted).

I’m listening to… Billy Joel, every song tells a distinct story showcasing his struggles, his achievements, and his remarkable view of the world.

My family… is a delightful mashup of all of your favorite characters from a tv sitcom. Each member brings their own unique flair and flavor. Together, we create a dish that that’s both comforting and full of surprises. Our secret ingredient is laughter, and love is the seasoning that binds us together through thick and thin.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… the charismatic and insightful motivational speaker, Tony Robbins. He’s changed so many lives, I’d hope to glean even the slightest bit of wisdom from a dinner conversation in his company.

One thing I cannot live without… is my collection of quirky business socks, each pair more colorful and outrageous than the last. They’re the secret to starting my day on the right foot, quite literally. (Great conversation topic when networking and meeting new people).

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a Major League Baseball player. Watching the movie the rookie with Dennis Quaid, I tell myself there is still hope for a pitching career in my 40’s, then reality sets back in.

I’m inspired by… good food. Food has the power to foster connectivity and bring people together.

The one person who motivates me is… my wife. She is my best friend, my supporter and always knows exactly what to say when offering encouraging words. Whenever self-doubt or trepidation sets in, she is able to remind me that I’m capable of achieving greatness and helps to keep me grounded when success is achieved, so I am reminded and humbled that it is not through my own devices.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… to change the hearts of everyone to value and see people differently. Imagine a world where seeds of empathy could be planted in every heart. Where compassion, understanding, and kindness could shape the lens and view of how we “see” people and truly work together to change and impact lives positively.

The perfect day would be… a day that’s completely unplanned and that houses no itinerary.

My first job was… working in a bustling grocery store as a courtesy clerk, providing champion like Tetris abilities while bagging groceries and engaging with customers daily.

My favorite escape… is stargazing under the vast night sky, feeling connected to something bigger than myself.

My life… is a rollercoaster ride – my journey has been filled with twists, turns, and unexpected loops. There have been moments of euphoria that launch me to the moon and back, but there are also moments of challenge that push me to my limits. Through it all, I try to remember and always remind myself to hold on tight and embrace life for all it has to offer, enjoy the ride.

I’m currently working on… supporting clients in my community and finding amazing opportunities for qualified candidates to positively impact their lives.

Always… seek the silver lining in every storm. Life will throw adversity your way, it’s how you face the daily challenges that shape who you are. Keep pushing forward, you’re on your journey to becoming your real self.

Never… go to bed angry. Life is too short to hold onto resentment and frustrations that deprive you of joy. Focus your energy and thoughts on what you can control and be the best version of yourself everyday.

Favorite Quote…” I’ve never worked a day in my life, it was all fun.” Thomas Edison

Biggest Dream… is to make an ever lasting impact on others, to leave behind a legacy that far surpasses my own expectations. To soar among the stars, not as an astronaut, but as an individual that was able to change lives and transcend time and space by showing people that they matter.

My Pet Peeve(s)… is when someone will put away an empty container or leave the absolute smallest remnant left over and expect someone else can use it.
