A typical day in my life includes…

my day always starts with a Crossfit WOD at Crossfit Incendia at 6am. My day consists of working my 9-5 job which I actually truly enjoy. I work for a real estate team, Valentine Group, as a Marketing Manager. I work on all things marketing; social media, paid ads, website, content creation and digital marketing. You can find me working with one of my girl athletes in the evenings which is where the mentorship program comes to life! If I’m not with one of the girls in my mental training program, you can find me collaborating with my tribe of women who support me, challenge me to be better, and go for my dreams! I love to cook (most of the time) dinner and trying new recipes that support my health. In the other spare time, I’m follow up with clients, Marco Poloing (app that allows me to video message my girl athletes back and forth to mentor) my girls, creating new content, making The Mental Game Mentorship program better, and connecting with my tribe consistently!

I was born…

in Tucson, Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

hands down, the sunrises and sunsets.

I’m listening to…

whatever Alexa puts on!

My family…

is EVERYTHING! I love spending time with my family and creating as many memories together that we can.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

my grandpa who passed 6 years ago so I can tell him all the things I’m doing within the game of sports.

One thing I cannot live without…

is chocolate chip cookies.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a forensic scientist or a dolphin trainer.

I’m inspired by…

The Packaged Deal (an amazing group of women who started a movement for softball girls all over the country, check them out!).

The one person who motivates me is…

Amanda Walker, Tessa Jelten and Justin Callahan.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

that girls and women continue to lift each other up and constantly have permission to follow our dreams no matter what they are.

The perfect day would be…

waking up to the sound of the ocean, having a slow morning, creating content to inspire girls, a Crossfit workout, date night at a concert and going to bed before midnight. Oh, and don’t forget the ice cream before bed.

My first job was…

working for a real estate team.

My favorite escape…

is Mexico.

My life…

is going to be of purpose.

I’m currently working on…

growing my business so that I can have impact on more girls in my program, The Mental Game Mentorship.

Always…

be grateful.

Never…

worry.

Favorite Quote…

I don’t have an all time favorite, but I do love this one… “It’s okay if you fall down and lose your spark. Just make sure that when you get back up, you rise as the whole damn fire.” – Colette Werden

Biggest Dream…

to impact and inspire 1,000,000’s of girl athletes to have the confidence to follow their dreams and then live on the beach!

My Pet Peeve(s)…

when people stand up and walk in front of you when you’re all trying to get off the airplane. Wait your turn and be courteous (insert annoyed emoji)!

More about Paige…

Paige Tonz grew up in Phoenix, AZ and began playing softball at 8 years old. She has competed at many levels; starting with rec ball, moving to club ball, and competing as a D1 athlete.

Her mission and goal is to help transform girls into strong women beyond the playing field or court. She believes girls have so much opportunity to dream bigger than they ever imagined.

Paige mentors and coaches girl athletes on the mental side of the game. She works one on one or with teams on visualization, overcoming failure, building self confidence, goal setting and dreaming, routines, positivity, and more mental training tools to allow these girls to level up.

Because sports was and still is such a big part of Paige’s life, she has had a first row ticket to see how the experiences from sports can be a vessel to success in life on and off the field.
