Age: 28

Title: Doctor of Physical Therapy

Married/Single: Married

Kids: Soon!

City you live in: Scottsdale, AZ

A typical day in my life includes…

Orange theory in the AM (before I am too tired to change my mind), heading into the clinic (I am a Neuro Physical Therapist), coming home, cooking dinner, walking our rescue pup Kinsley on the golf course and going to bed early, like 9pm early.

I was born…

in Mesa, AZ at Banner Desert, and I now work there, so kind of fun how that worked out.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

chips and salsa.

I’m listening to…

Dave Ramsey’s podcast.

My family…

should have their own reality TV show. Everyone is always yelling and talking over each other, complete chaos.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

my grandma Eleanor who I never got the chance to meet before she passed. I am named after her.

One thing I cannot live without…

essential oils, I use doTERRA and incorporate them when working with patients!

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

since I was 16 I always wanted to be a Physical Therapist; my dad had a stroke at the age of 41 and that’s when I first learned what PT was and everything it had to offer.

I’m inspired by…

a mastermind group I am apart of NeuroTribe. If you aren’t part of a mastermind group, find one! They are amazingly motivating!

The one thing that motivates me is…

my new marriage and wanting to be the best wife to my husband.

The perfect day would be…

working out/teaching an exercise class, cooking breakfast, having a salad from Salad and Go, seeing three patients a day, cooking dinner, walking the dog, reading.

My first job was…

working at Nello’s Ahwatukee running food.

My favorite escape…

yoga.

My life…

involves me asking a lot of questions…we should all ask more questions.

I’m currently working on…

seeing patients with neurological injury via a telehealth platform.

Always…

negotiate.

Never…

say never.

Favorite Quote…

“Start before you’re ready.”

Biggest Dream…

to have a flexible schedule that allows me to live my most ideal week.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

personal space when standing in line.
