A typical day in my life includes…
up early for a walk with hubby, pups and baby to coffee, working on my business & meetings with my business partner Ashlyn, fitting in a barre or yoga class (if I’m able), cooking dinner, cuddling and playing with baby Olivia before her bedtime, then relaxing with my husband over a glass of wine and catching up on our day and our latest tv series (right now we are finishing Game of Thrones).

a veterinarian. I have always loved animals.

perseverance. Life isn’t always easy. It can knock people down and drive them backwards. But when people decide they won’t let that stop them and they find strength to pick themselves up and move forward towards their dreams and goals, that is inspiring to me.
The one person who motivates me is…
my husband. He believes in me and knows how to push the buttons to motivate me (in a good way)!
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
I would end all abuse of children and animals. I try to do my small part by being on the board for #Lovepup and being a part of the local Childhelp and Panda charities/committees.
The perfect day would be…
waking up on vacation in a place we haven’t been before with my husband and baby. We would spend the day exploring, laughing, eating and drinking local cuisine, taking lots of pictures, watching a beautiful sunset and ending the day with an amazing dinner with great food and wine and an in-room massage.
My first job was…
as a recruiter. I went to them to help find me a job after college and they hired me! I went on to work in the fashion and beauty industries as a buyer and in marketing/consulting.
My favorite escape…
the beach, I love everything about it: the sight of the water, sound of the waves, feel of the sand in my toes and breathing the salty fresh air.

is what I have dreamed having of my whole life.

re-launching my company, The Emerald, which is a membership-based event and social club for the modern mama who craves personal connections, real-life conversations and fun. We hold monthly events and casual meet ups designed to encourage women to thrive in and beyond motherhood by finding balance with the multiple hats we wear.

I would love to travel for 6 weeks with my family every year to a new destination. Learning about new cities, countries and cultures and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
