A typical day in my life includes…
up early with the smell of fresh-brewed coffee and cat petting as I come out of my brain fog release. I check emails to see what I missed by sleeping and then it’s on to meet my team at Staging & Design Network or others who’ve made their way into my calendar. After a busy day in the life of SDN, I’m either on horseback or connecting with my husband or family. If it’s not too late, grabbing a show on Netflix is the perfect nightcap!

born to be w-i-i-i-ild! Ok, sorry. I was born…yes, I can honestly say I was born.
My favorite thing about Arizona…
is the wonderful communities developed for families. My daughter lives near Florence with her two sets of twins, 14 months apart. Yes, four babies in diapers. She lives in a great neighborhood for raising kids with tons of amenities and family activities. These kinds of communities seem to be everywhere in Arizona!

my intuition. It seems that when I trust myself, things always work out.
My family…
is my greatest blessing. I am so fortunate to have such a close-knit family, not just with our six kids, but also our siblings and their families. Christmas at our house is crazy!

Jesus. But if he wasn’t available I would have to say Ben Affleck. I still can’t believe J.Lo gave him up. Although, I would have dinner with her, too!

so many people. First, my husband. He’s humble, smart, and accomplished. Also, my team members at Staging & Design Network. Their heart, passion, commitment, and teamwork are truly amazing.
The one person who motivates me is…
my father. He was an amazing man. He loved people and helping those in need. He was a small-town guy that knew everyone. He loved garage sales. When he passed away we had a giant garage sale. People would come and say, I knew your dad. He bought this at my garage sale!
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
eliminating hunger. No one likes to be hungry.
The perfect day would be…
a day with my friends on horseback in costume going from winery to winery!
My first job was…
picking strawberries, not as a princess.
My favorite escape…
a very hot bath with a good book and a glass of wine.
My life…
is an adventure filled with love, challenges and wonderful people who I learn from every day.
I’m currently working on…
growing the first shared rental pool for home furnishings targeted at the real estate community of home staging. Homes that are professionally staged sell for up to 18% more in about 1/3rd of the time. The problem is it’s expensive to buy beautiful furnishings to stage with. The shared rental pool solves that problem.

Tricia Tomlinson is the CEO and Founder of Staging & Design Network, the first online shared rental pool for home furnishings built for the real estate and home staging communities. As a broker, Tomlinson saw the power of staging when listing properties. No matter how much inventory she purchased, she needed more. Stagers around the area can have their inventory professionally marketed and managed in one common location, sharing delivery services, and utilizing one another’s inventory for their staging projects (in addition to the inventory purchased by Staging & Design Network). The network offers a range of features for home stagers, decorators, designers, Realtors, developers, and the general public. Staging & Design Network has a location in Kirkland and Everett, WA., and its third location just opened in Phoenix.
