A typical day in my life includes… Chasing my babies, hiking camelback while juggling conference/strategy calls, vetting opportunities, stopping into the office and working on our cannabis projects.
I was born…in Minnesota on the side of the road. I came out running and I haven’t stopped.
My favorite thing about Arizona…Everything. I love living here. I have worked internationally and have been blessed enough to visit almost all 50 States in the US and over 20 ++ counties and I can say I am proud to call AZ home.

My family…is everything. I had kids later in life but I can honestly say, the world just seemed to make more sense the moment I became a mom. The amount of growth that happens as a mother is remarkable.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… my younger self. I’d have a lot to tell her.
One thing I cannot live without… innovating.
When I was younger, I wanted to be…a mom.
I’m inspired by… strong women. May we know them. May we be them. And, may we raise them.
The one person who motivates me is… Sara Blakely . She didn’t take no for an answer and is a very inspiring business woman.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… cruelty towards children, in all forms.
The perfect day would be… sleeping in, getting a massage and checking into a resort with the kids to swim and enjoy lunch by the pool.
My first job was…I was a grocery bagger LOL. I was 14.
My favorite escape… Create a life so great you don’t need to escape 😊
My life…I’ve had good times, I’ve had bad times and without either you truly can’t achieve true happiness.
I’m currently working on…peace. Balance and joy. And, getting back into yoga.
