A typical day in my life includes… Waking up at 6 a.m., spending a few minutes reflecting in gratitude and 30 mins on the treadmill. I love the mornings before work and school with my hubby and kids. This is when I hear what is going on in their lives and really get the scoop. My mornings always include coffee. It would be rare to see me without some form of a caffeinated beverage. I oversee all Property Management Operations for P.B. Bell, so I go into the office every day. I love the collaboration when we are together, and our team is really motivating. Every day in property management brings its own uniqueness, so no two days are ever the same. Then, my evenings typically include a quick family dinner, driving one of the twins to one of their extracurricular activities and if we are lucky, some time to unwind in our hot tub.

I was born…in Wichita, Kansas and raised in Houston, Texas. My family moved to Arizona when I was a Junior in high school.

My favorite thing about Arizona… the sunsets. I have been lucky enough to travel to many places and I don’t think anything beats an Arizona sunset.

I’m listening to… a leadership podcast of some sort.

My family… is my everything. I am married to the love of my life. I have three amazing kiddos, one adult daughter that is a Junior at U of A and 12-year-old boy/girl twins that are in junior high. I also have two fur babies (a Maltipoo-Hudson and a Golden Doodle-Hayes). I am one of six close- knit siblings, and my husband has one younger brother who we are extremely close to. I am also fortunate to have my incredible parents about eight miles away. But my most esteemed title I hold is the “favorite auntie” title to my perfect nephews and beautiful niece.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… My grandma. She was my favorite human. She passed away two years ago at 95 years old. She taught me many lessons in life, but the most important ones came from how she lived her life with grace and love. She was all things good in this world. You were better for knowing my grandma. We all were.

One thing I cannot live without… My best girls. Some may call them my front row. I have an incredible tribe of women in my life.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… an attorney.

I’m inspired by… My husband and kids. I find inspiration in knowing that they are watching. Their unwavering support and encouragement inspire me to be the best version of myself and helps me strive for excellence in everything I do.

The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… Our amazing P.B. Bell team.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… I would create a harmonious coexistence among all individuals. I would eliminate cancer, drug addictions, etc.

The perfect day would be… with my family on a body of water or near a body of water listening to their laughter.

My first job was… in 7th grade. I cleaned a neighbor’s house for $15/ week. My first W-2 job was at Cold Stone Creamery in high school.

My favorite escape… a long hot bath. It is the cure all!

My life… is better than I ever dreamt it to be.

I’m currently working on… growing our company’s third-party management side and fostering the growth and development of our company’s incredible culture.

Always… leave people better than you found them.

Biggest Dream… to raise children who grow up to be amazing humans who live their best lives.

My Pet Peeve(s)… lack of drive and ambition. Laziness can be contagious and negatively impact the morale and motivation of those around them.

Bio on yourself/company: Michelle Jenson oversees all functions of the P.B. Bell Property Management Division as well as all new business development activities. Michelle joined P.B. Bell in 2023 with more than 20 years of multifamily housing management experience in the Phoenix metropolitan area. She has extensive experience in lease-up and new development, rebranding assets, conventional assets, and repositioning assets for sale. Michelle has been recognized for her teams’ outstanding performance, exceeding goals, cost savings and growing revenue. Michelle exemplifies strong leadership, dedication, and performance in all facets of the multi housing industry. Prior to joining P.B. Bell, Michelle held leadership and business development roles at SRG Residential, Greystar and RPM Living. In 2018, Michelle was named Arizona Multihousing Association’s Property Supervisor of the Year. She earned her CAM Designation in 2009, holds her Arizona Real Estate License and currently sits on the Arizona Board of Directors for the AMA. She is currently pursuing her Designated Broker’s license.
