A typical day in my life includes… Wake up early, kiss my wife and head for a workout. I’m usually in the office by around 7 am. Meetings, calls, visits to the various restaurant locations all day. Sometimes I have events at a restaurant in the evenings, but I try to be home by around 6 or 7 pm to see my family.

I was born… in a small town just outside of Boston.

My favorite thing about Arizona… the hospitality of the people, as well as the beauty of the mountains and the landscape. (And the winter weather)

I’m listening to… Ed Mylett, other inspirational entrepreneurs .

My family… means everything to me, inspires me, makes me laugh.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Ed Mylett.

One thing I cannot live without… family.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a pro basketball player.

I’m inspired by… troops, veterans and our first responders who sacrifice so much for us.

The one person who motivates me is… my wife Jen.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… compensation for our first responders.

The perfect day would be… working, building the Federal family.

My first job was… as a dishwasher when I was 12 years old in my hometown.

My favorite escape… the office.

My life…is awesome. I feel super blessed.

I’m currently working on… always educating myself and others.

Always… trying to improve my body and mind.

Never… be complacent.

Favorite Quote…Perfection is the enemy of progress.

Biggest Dream…to have the largest restaurant company in the country.

My Pet Peeve(s)… laziness.
