A typical day in my life includes… an early meditation and journaling, then off to the gym. After I go back to the house to hangout with the family before my kids go off to school. I’ve found this as one of the most joyful times of my day/week.

My day mostly consists of helping my clients, entrepreneurs, solve problems with strategic planning, identifying future obstacles, figuring out how to get the best A-player talent, empowering existing employees by building a strong culture and creating their personal visions to make bigger impacts.

Oftentimes I see entrepreneurs who desire to become stronger leaders, not managers. This desire for autonomy comes from letting go of old belief systems and creating new skill sets. This is the most exciting part of what I get to do, which is to watch the evolution of leaders become their best selves.

I was born…in Atlanta, GA

My favorite thing about Arizona…the diverse landscape. We spend our summers in Flagstaff/Sedona and it’s amazing how quickly one can get into cooler weather, lush green hikes and the highest mountain in the state, in just a couple hours.

I’m listening to… The All-In Podcast, Gramatik for some work music – I’m a big fan of reggae!

My family…is my core support system as well as one of the biggest sources of joy! I have 2 daughters, Reese and Elle who make me laugh often. My wife Michele and I have been together for 21 years which has flown by and she is one of the most beautiful people I know inside and out.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…my family is an obvious answer, but if I had to choose another, I would start with the Founding Fathers. It would be fascinating to discuss their vision and the way things are today.

One thing I cannot live without…sunshine. I’m a huge fan of getting outside often and feel very recharged by nature.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…in the military. I grew up in a military family, moving around, living on and off base and was inspired by the jets, tanks and seeing the inner workings.

I’m inspired by…many people, but especially those who are able to accomplish wildly impossible physical tests. I’m especially in awe of those who conquer mountain climbing feats.

The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are…those who are living their purpose and doing it regardless of opinions of outside influence.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…free access to the right mental and emotional health treatments for the masses.

The perfect day would be…exploring a new country, eating great food and learning about the culture.

My first job was…working landscaping and construction. So grateful for the learning lessons I was able to take away from those experiences.

My favorite escape…hiking in the mountains, exploring and adventuring.

My life…is an amazing gift and an instrument to be of service.

I’m currently working on…launching 2024 strategic plans for clients.

Always…tell those around you thank you, I’m sorry (if you need to) and I love you!

Never…allow others to put labels on you that are not supportive of who you desire to become.

Favorite Quote…“No man is free who is not a master of himself.” – Epictetus

Biggest Dream…we are on a mission to create $5B in enterprise value for our clients. This means we will have impacted an incredible amount of families’ lives through our work and that gets me excited to build for the future. Outside of this, I would love to be able to do worldwide excursions with friends and family on a regular basis.

My Pet Peeve(s)…lack of integrity.

Bio-on yourself/company: I’ve built, acquired, and sold several businesses over the last 17 years. I’ve had some mistakes, and I’ve had plenty of wins, but I can honestly say I absolutely love the game of business.

Building a great company starts with great people. Aligning the vision, purpose and collective efforts of the human capital takes focus. As a coach, I empower rhythmic execution processes to create a dynamic and highly functional team, where a healthy culture can thrive. At Culture to Cash, we push for an increase in profits and top-line growth while driving the long-term enterprise value.

Coaching for the No. 1 transformational program for men, I’ve developed the bridge of coaching the whole CEO from personal to professional. Linking exponential growth in family, health and business. Business and life balance can be like a Rubik’s cube, but if you have the right sequence of moves, life can be a joyous endeavor.
