A typical day in my life includes…
I am not a morning person so getting out of bed is the first “challenge” I overcome every day because I try to be at the gym at 6:00 am or going for a run Then, home to freshen up and treat my skin with a dose of luxury and efficacy with my SoME™ Skincare (truly a gamechanger because it eliminates the need for a multi-step regimen but produces incredible results). Then I’m off to the races at Aesthetics Biomedical with my 50,000-pound backpack on, ready to work with our brilliant team of specialists that together, are changing the entire aesthetics industry in major ways. No two days are ever identical, which keeps things interesting! Eventually I head home to relax with my family and dogs and enjoy a cocktail (slightly dirty martini with blue cheese olives.)!

my mom so I could ask her questions I never did when she was alive and to get to know her as a woman and not just as my mom.

faith, hope and optimism. I know that is three, but they are related!
When I was younger, I wanted to be…
a nurse to help people. Then I realized my potential patients would be better off if I went into business.
I’m inspired by…
all of the hero’s I am seeing during COVID-19. Putting other lives before their own. That touches my soul and makes me wonder if I could be that brave.
The one person who motivates me is…
it is really people that I see facing adversity and challenges that I can’t even imagine and looking it in the eye and overcoming it.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
the current political climate. I’d actually like to see politicians who serve the people, not themselves, or their party.
The perfect day would be…
free from meetings with attorneys – though I’m blessed to have a team of innovators that are creating things worth protecting with patents and contracts!
My first job was…
working at the Dairy Isle serving soft serve ice cream. Best part was I got to eat all my mistakes. I learned that making mistakes was a bad thing and it weighed “heavily” on me!
My favorite escape…
camping. Enjoying the outdoors, cooking on a fire, looking up at the stars and enjoying how incredible Mother Nature is.
My life…
offers me opportunities daily to achieve new heights, overcome challenges I never thought could occur and remain optimistic that no matter what happens. I will prevail… at some point!
I’m currently working on…
supporting my team at Aesthetics Biomedical, our physicians and the aesthetics industry, as well as our local Phoenix community to come together so we can get through COVID-19.

Guerra has also had an impressive career at the National Institutes of Health, having held senior level positions, including: Executive Officer, National Heart Lung and Blood Institute and Deputy Director of Management & Executive Officer at the National Cancer Institute.
Her never-ending quest to challenge her team, question the status quo and pursue innovation with an eye for making a difference at the highest level of quality is what drives her every day.
