A typical day in my life includes…
God first, my family second, and my career third. Each day is better and better which means I go to work, I work hard, love hard, and play hard. I am a workaholic, so I am thrilled I love what I do! It is never a job but a lifestyle.

I was born…
In the Bay area of California, 6 houses from the top of Lombard Street, the windiest street in the world in San Francisco, proper.

My favorite thing about Arizona…
The weather! It is always awesome in Arizona and I love, love, love the heat!

I’m listening to…
Anything that helps me learn more about small business. I am passionate about helping others and small businesses are the backbone of America. I also love music of any kind; it holds everything together.

My family…
Is my reason for everything.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…
Jesus Christ – he has all the answers.

One thing I cannot live without…
My French bulldogs, Mick and Mia. They make me laugh, they calm me down, and they love me no matter what is going on.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…
An Olympic Swimmer.

I’m inspired by…
Anyone who is really trying to make a difference. The younger generations keep me inspired. They make things happen, they have had a hard road the past few years, but they rise above and become even more inventive.

The one person who motivates me is…
Me! I am self-motivated with a positive outlook on life. I need little prompting to do what I think is needed to get the job done. My mother was also a great motivator for me as I saw her as self-motivated with four kids on a daily bases.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
That everyone would be treated equal with no hate whatsoever. We are after all, human beings.

The perfect day would be…
Taking time to smell the flowers with my husband and breathing, even at work. I am a workaholic so just time to breathe together.

My first job was…
Teaching swimming lessons to kids and adults. I also sold extra vegetables my father harvested, door to door in my neighborhood.

My favorite escape…
Traveling anywhere in the world my husband and I have not visited yet. I want to see it all and feel it all.

My life…
Is pretty darn good. I am grateful every day for what I have and for what I can give back to others.

I’m currently working on…
Technology that will assist our members in connecting to each other for a huge salesforce that works together to give each member more business.

Always…
Be kind and courteous to those around you.

Never…
Think ill of anyone as your thoughts always eventually materialize.

Favorite Quote…
I have two:
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” – Nelson Mandela
“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing.” – Pelé

Biggest Dream…
To own and serve a community like LeTip when it is 50,000+ strong giving back to and helping as many as I can.

My Pet Peeve(s)…
Being late, talking with food in your mouth or chewing your gum with your mouth open, and leaving the toilet seat up in the bathroom. I am prejudiced…against stupidity.

More About Kim Marie:
Kim Marie began her LeTip adventure as a member in the Banker category. Before long, her enthusiasm caught the attention of LeTip’s founder, Ken Peterson. Wanting to meet this dynamo, Ken invited Kim Marie to the corporate offices in San Diego. Within hours of meeting her, she was offered the position of Regional Director/Arizona.

Within two years, Kim Marie added the title of National Training Director to her growing list of responsibilities. The post of Executive Vice President soon followed, and in the fall of 2005 she took over the reins as President. In February of 2008, Kim Marie became the new owner of LeTip. And Ken Peterson, knowing he had finally found the perfect person to steward the LeTip legacy, could now hit the golf course every day.
